Re: delay in sound on dvd.

I think its due to change in the setting from remote control for your DVD recorder try to set it again to default settings and then try again It will work!

I have recorded some programs on Sky+,and want to copy them onto dvds. I have been given A DURABRAND LEDVDR0702 with NO MANUAL. If you can help that'll be great.

If you connect a scart lead from the sky box,the one marked vcr, connect the other end into the dvd in the one marked av2.You then select av2 on the dvd,put the sky on play and the dvd on record

I have copied camcorder film onto a cd but it will not play on my dvd player/TV

There is a difference between copying and recording. If CD is used, probably the format is not DVD format. Only few players accept Video CD and other similar formats. If a DVD is recorded, then it must be finalized in the recorder itself for plying back in other units.

Recording to dvd from sky + box

It sounds like you are catching the Macrovisiin copy protection on certain shows. I've personally never experienced this with my Panasonic unit while trying to record from television.

It is a bit weird. Have you checked their website to see if you can upgrade the firmware (internal programming) of the player?

Not recording a full film

1. Insert disc.
2. Press "DVD" button on remote.
3. Press "REC MODE/REC SPEED" button.
4. Keep pressing until desired recording speed.

I believe your problem is that the movie exceeds the 120 minute limit on the target disc at the default recording speed (SP). Try LP instead.

Panasonic recoring onto DVd won't playback on other DVD's

You need to "Finalize" it. Refer to the manual for the procedure (it's not hard at all).
