Hi,

Just switch back off, now switch it on and press F2 to get into the bios, now find "Load setup defaults" and highlight it and press enter.
Now exit saving changes, let it reboot.

If that doesn't work, try and download the latest bios for your motherboard, this can be found on Acer support page for your model and update your bios.

If that doesn't work then its hardware related, seek out an engineer.

It seems that the operating system is not working. please use recovery disk for reinstallation

The operative system must be reinstalled. If you have the recovery CD set you can try doing a system recovery.
To reinstall the system start the laptop with recovery CD inside, and chose start from CD when asked.

Since the laptop is still on warranty you can also contact Acer at the number printed on the user manual.
