Question about JVC GR-D250 Mini DV Digital Camcorder
I have a JVC CAM GR-D53AG and it has a M(anual)mode and a A(utomatic) mode. I use Auto most of the as it gives point and shoot capture. When I (and the more I) zoom in (set to 40 x max (16 x Optical) the pic jumps up, down left, right and not stabilized as it says it will.
The waving hand icon is on in the bottom left corner and I cannot (?) switch it off.
Any ideas? I have these 2 woodpeckers pecking a nest in the garden but what I capture is clear but jumpy!???
Was quite easy - Please send me $10 first and i will tell you the solution!

This is usually caused by a defective CCD image sensor and can be repaired fairly inexpensively. However, it's not a user serviceable problem and will need to be repaired qualified service technician.
My name is Rick and I'm a professional repair technician with over 20 years in the business and have repaired many of these. I'm semi retired and work from home with little overhead so I can keep repair costs low. If you decide to have the camera repaired, please click HERE for a directory listing that suits your needs.
