Phone has got wet. Its charging but will not turn

It is best not to even attempt to power it on untl it is 100% dried out internally,

Remove battery and and other parts thats are easily removable and leave in a warm place,such as an airing cupboard for a few days then give it a ry when you are certain it is dry,

Sometimes you are lucky and it may work as normal,its hit and miss

It could be ruined, its definitely getting worse by you charging it. Unplug and remove battery, you need to take the phone apart and dry it completely, it could be ruined already.
