There is something to checkout for u. reinstall windows xp and do not install any driver just checkout that ur system is running properly or not. if yes then install one driver at a time and check the system that any blue screen appears or not. if any blue scrren appears then remove that driver and go for the latest version of that device driver. reinstall the xp from good media i.e it should contain all the reuired files and dont skip any files from installations.
