hello there,
Video LTV30C tv momentarily turns on with the blue screen and goes blank, there is sound. sometimes after so many trials of swicthing it off (e.g 20-30 times ) and on the picture can stay normally for some hours before again going off.

- i have the same problem. But if you look very carefuly, there is image (as if brightness was desactivated). It seems the back lamp is not getting enough power, because it works for a second and then goes black.I have no idea how to fix it.- Guest

- I have the exact same problem wit my LTV30C. Turn on the tv but after a while, like 30 secs, the screen goes black. Thers is sound but no picture. Sometimes it just work good, but if I turn off and on it goes back to black.- clinne

- Hi all, I have exactly the same problem. When I turn on my TV, blue screen flash for a sec and stay black. Sound is coming out, but nothing else. I tried to conect vga but nothing change. Could you please help. I saw that T1,2,3....could be defected. Could you please be more specific. I very appreciate any help. Thank you very much- skleno23

- I've got the exact same problem, started 2 days ago. I've not been able to get it to keep the picture though. Turn it on, blue screen for a split second, then black. Again, I have sound, just no picture.To the guy that managed to fix his, was it exactly the same fault as described? If so, whereabouts did you find the dry joint?- subtopia

Hallo,I have 4 x LTV30c with te exact same problem
look to HiGH voltage PCB T1 ,T2,T3 --T8
one of the Transformers is defect
must be 480 Kohm if is more than 100 Kohm
he is defect number of the T is 400SA502055
al 4 LTV30c are now working again
