In the timekeeping mode, hold down "A" for about 5 seconds,,the watch will beep once after about two seconds, and then twice after about three more seconds

The stop watch hand wil move to the city code of the currently selected home city. This is the city code setting mode

The second hand will stop at "0" (Some models show "60" instead of "0"

Use "D" to change the home city setting

All hands (except for the second hand) and the date display will change automatically to the current time and date settings

All button operations are disabled while the hands and date display are changing

Use "B" to cycle through the DST settings

Auto DST, DST Off, DST On

After home city and DST are selected, press "C"

This will cause the watch to beep and the stop watch second hand to move to the 12 O clock position..This is the time setting mode.

Use the D(+) and B(-) to change the time (hour/min setting)

As you set the time, take care to ensure that the 24 hour hand also is at the correct position

After the time setting is where you want it, press C

The watch wil beep and enter the date setting mode

Use the D(+) and B(-) to change the date settings

After the date setting is the way you want press C

The watch will beep and enter the day of week setting mode

Use the D(+) to change the day of the week

Pressing C will return to the city code setting mode

After all the settings are the way you want, press A to enter the time keeping mode

How do i set the time and date on my watch?

Hi,

This is direct link to all ARMITRON watch manuals/instructions: http://www.armitron.com/watch_instructions.asp

or

You can also try with this approach. This is for Armitron WR 330,but i believe this could also help you.

The following labels are on the inner ring of the watch; I've given their positions relative to where numbers would be on the face of an analog watch.
"ST/STP" is at 2:00; "EL" is at 4:00; "MODE" is at 8:00; and "ADJ" is at 10:00.
To set the time, date, and day of week:
Press and hold in the "MODE" button until the display starts flashing. (This is the alarm time.)
Press the "MODE" button again; the seconds begin flashing. Press "ADJ" to set them to zero.
Press the ""ST/STP" button to change what you want to set. The options appear in this order each time you press the "ST/STP" button: minutes, hour, month, day, day of week.
Use the "ADJ" button to change the value of the setting.
Touch "MODE" to save the settings and return to time mode.

Thanks for using Fixya. Please rate the solution.

Day of the week

Switch the watch into 24 hour mode - should be a simple task - while in normal time mode, press one of the buttons other than light, mode or set button - which I'm guessing leaves only one.

I'm guessing that the watch does not show am / pm?

By putting in 24 hour mode, should be easy to get the right day at midnight changeover.

Hope this helps.

Press and hold the MODE button (bottom left) for approximately 3 seconds.

When the Alarm set time starts flashing, press the MODE button once more. Now the seconds for the watch time should be flashing.

Use the START/STOP button (top right) to move bewteen items and the SPL/RESET button (bottom right) to change the item.

Moving between all items, it will take you through: seconds, minutes, hours, month, date, day of the week. Simply press MODE when your settings are complete.

I have a CASIO C-K33R1-1 sports watch and we have tried for hours to follow the direction booklet as to how to set the day, date, and time. Do you have any easy directions? Joe nsjd1@comcast.net

I just took out my new Casio C-K33R1-1 (module 1636) watch. It's no wonder you're having a problem. The directions are incorrect! Instead of pressing Button C (bottom left button) to increase the value of the flashing item (seconds/hour/minutes/day of week/day of month/month of year) try pressing Button B (top left button). Press button C only to return to timekeeping mode after setting the time, etc. Button C aslo alternates among the following modes with each push: Alarm, Stopwatch, Time Setting, Timekeeping.

Hope this helps.
