A sticky label got stuck during printing. I can't get to the label and it prints out a black colume the size of the label in the middle of the page. Anyway I can remove the stuck label? Or is there any parts I can replace to make the printer functional again?

u have to create your label at printer properties. if prints doesn't fix your label, this problem appears. ( for 80x40 cm barcode: open printer properties-printing defaults - label size - new custom size or new label - write your sizes at size fileds- and save) open your app, and create new file, type your sizes for new file, and print it!
Yes, first of all, it is necessary that the labels are pulled backward (other wise you could not print on the upper part of the label). It appears from time to time that it is a problem - generated by the label itself. Try to use a different label (of size and material) to see if the behavior changes ... Good luck.
Before printing try using print preview first and adjust yur settings from there. Or go into control panel select printers and reset to default settings, restart your computer and try again. Good luck.
With the HP ENVY 110 series, you can print on a single envelope, a group of envelopes, or label sheets designed for inkjet printers.
To print a group of addresses on labels or envelopes
1. Print a test page on plain paper first. 2. Place the test page on top of the label sheet or envelope, and hold both up to the light. Check the spacing for each block of text. Make adjustments as needed. 3. Load the labels or envelopes into the paper tray. CAUTION: Do not use envelopes with clasps or windows. They can get stuck in the rollers and cause paper jams. 4. Slide paper-width guides inward against the stack of labels or envelopes until the guides stop. 5. Select the appropriate options. • On -Paper/Quality- tab select a Plain paper type. • Click the [Advanced] button, and select the appropriate envelope size from the Paper Size drop down menu. 6. Click [OK], and then click [Print] or [OK] in the Print dialog box.
If you print from within a program that DOES have that listed (like M$ Word,) then you don't need the limited printer driver to specify the paper size.
My problem was the rollers at the top of the printer where the paper feeds out of the unit. I had printed some labels and some sticky material from the labels stuck to the rollers and metal fuser unit. I cleaned off the sticky strips from the rollers and fuser roller and the unit works fine now. You may have to let the printer cycle several times so it turns the rollers so you are sure to remove all the sticky stuff or paper. I also used a can of the compressed gas to spray out all the dust, paper and sticky stuff after I scrapped off with envelope opener.
Let the printer calibrates itself or have a manual calibration in the printer setup. You can also press the keys FEED, PAUSE and CANCEL, turn on the printer and release the keys when feeding the labels. Roberto Martinez
Located winder further away from printer. Set winder to lowest possible speed setting. Thoroughly cleaned printer to remove any trace of label residue near print head and label cutter (sticky labels with pre-cut patterns are being used). No more problems reported. Will continue to monitor.
