Sound device problem in Windows Server 2003 SP2 (by 4 users)

Here is a list that can help to explain my problem:

I do not hear sound from my computer's speakers or headphones.
My speakers cannot play system sounds.
My volume settings were already correct.
The sound device is turned on
The sound device is the default device
Windows is configured to use the audio features from sound device
I am using a signed Windows sound device driver, but I still have a problem.
I do not have any hardware conflicts.
The sound device is turned on in the BIOS

So... what can I do to fix this problem?

When I install Windows Vista I cannot install mi sound driver from the driver CD, for this, my 5.1 channel sound system doesn't properly. How can this problem be resolved ?
