Your question is a little vague as you didn't list the model number, but I believe I can help.

Turn the mixture screw in all the way, BUT slow down, and use finesse as the screw comes close to bottoming out.
You can smash the tip of the mixture screw, or ruin the seat that the mixture screw tip touches!

Now turn the mixture screw out one full turn. Start from there. Adjust it in a little at a time, as the grinder is running, or out a little at a time.
Listen for where it runs best.

Makita petrol stone cutter

Start by removing the wire from the cut out switch to rule out a problem with the switch, if still no spark with a new plug it will be a replacement ignition unit.

How do you get to the inside of a makita 4.5"

there is a screw in the bottom of grinder next to the power cord, that's all you have to take.
(althought I don't know the model of your grinder, the most of makita brands have the screw right there) good luck!

What are the other two screws for above the idle screw?

The one closest to the engine is the idle mixture screw. Out is more gas=richer
The other is for high speed mixture. Again out ccw (counter clock wise) is richer
1/8 turn makes a huge difference. Temp of engine critical. Make sure it is up to operating temp before turning anything. If it won't run turn them out 1/4 turn at a
time and see if it will run without choke or even 1/2 choke.

Regarding makita petrol disc cutter dpc6410- how much oil do i need to add to a full tank?

Don't add oil to the fuel tank, it doesn't mix well in there and you'll almost always use too much oil. Mix your two-cycle oil and petrol in a gas can to get a 50:1 mixture. Read the directions on the two-cycle oil bottle for how much to use and put the oil in the can first so the petrol will mix well with it as you add it to the can.

Take apart the rear portion of the case -- the part the cord enters -- two halves -- screws in side -- you'll see the brushes -- they are in holders held in by springs and plug into the winding.
