Question about Computers & Internet
Work fine on three gig but when I install another stick of 1 gig , screen does not turn on at all. Can somebody help with this problem?
Is the mainboard capable of supporting more than 3 GB?
If it is then maybe you have the wrong kind of memory, or the slot is bad.
Take all your memory out and just try with the new stick in one of the good slots. If it works then we know the memory is OK so then try it in the "bad" slot.
