Question about O2 Samsung SGH-E250 Cellular Phone
It don't matter if you give out your imei, whoever finds it, all they have to do is put in the code and unlocked it, if it's unlock, and even change the imei. So as you can see, you better start thinking of getting another one. Sorry.

When you get your samsung handset you set up mobile tracker entering two numbers of your friends or family etc. Once activated, if someone stolen your handset & puts their Sim card into your phone, your phone automatically sends the two numbers a message giving the persons cell number ( who have stolen your handset) and your phone IMEI number.
