The compressor start relay is failing. It is common if the unit is over 5 years old.

It shuts off afer 5 seconds when powered on.

Does the unit output sound when powered on? If no sound can be heard, and you only hear a click after 5 sec. then your power circuit may have a faulty diode.

Im not getting any power to the brake light switch 1999 GT mustan

Check fuse #41, if its good then the brake switch may need replacing. You can test the power to the switch by the use of a voltage meter touching the LG/RD (light green/red) wire with the red side of the meter and the other probe to ground. If more than 10 volts its good. You can check the BPP (brake pedal position switch) by installing a fused jumper wire from LG/RD to the RD/LG wires. Connect a 10A fused jumper wire between C242, Circuit 10 (LG/RD), harness side and C242, Circuit 810 (RD/LG), harness side. And check the brake lights, if they go on then the switch is defective. Hope this helps you.

Charging red light flashing on and off have a new charger and still rd light flashing

Try this i tired it and it worked... If not you may needa new batt. Just plug the power cord into the craddle, not the usb. Then put the camera on the craddle and let the red light come on, but not long engough to let it flash. Repeat this like 10 - 12 times jsut putting it on for a couple seconds. This will boast the batt engough to let the camera software know that once you put it on the dock that is is suppost to charge! Good luck any other questionos you can email me at allwiredup.baltimore@gmail.com

I have the same problem with my 37" HP which is the same as Sharp Aquos, it's bad backlight inverter boards, the screen comes on for a second then nothing, no menu, no channel change indicator then turn it off and you hear the clicking of the power supply about 10 seconds after.
