Question about Cell Phones
The problem is in second SIM slot. The both chips that I use are working well, the problem is always on the one that I put on the second SIM card slot.
Please felipe, if you find any solution for this problem get in touch with me.
OK, try troubleshooting the problem like this: Go to the Sim's profile in the background, it should be in the third page. It have a sim icon, tap on it and verify that the dual sim is checked. Now go to the settings in the main page, tap it and go to the network set up, tap it, now here if you have both sim cards install, choose the one that you are having trouble with, I believe that is sim slot #2, so choose sim 2, and tap on network set up, and choose the network that service the sim card. If that doesn't work, check the imei number for the sim 2, and compare it from the one in the back cover, if they don't match, you need to change the imei number. Go to www.mysciphone.com and download a program that allows you to change the imei, just in case, good luck.
