Question about Microwave Ovens
There is a temp sensor inside that turns the fan on if it thinks the air is too warm under the unit. That sensor needs replacement.

Many small appliances have relays that will arc and stick in a closed position finding that relay on the control board and tapping it or opening the cover and physically breaking the fused connection will fix the problem
