Question about Audio Players & Recorders
You should have checked the reviews before you buy this product. The only option that you can do :-
1. Turn it off. Plug off any accessories, batteries and wires if any. Plug in after 30 minutes.
2. If problem persists, Go for Reset.
3. Format the player.
If still problem remains, check the Firmware. Update it.
Unless contact the nearest Service Center.
