Printer not printing black

Try to do some cleaning cycles. It is normal that the printer will be using some ink starting up ang when you change inks because it is trying to maintain the density of the color on the print heads. Do 3 cleaning cycle. It should be on the maintenance menu of your printer or if it is installed on your computer, you can go to control panel>printers(printers and faxes)>right click on the printer icon then left click on properties. You can look for maintenance tab and use cleaning cycle. After the 3rd cleaning cycle and it still doesnt print black, the print head must be defective and needs service.
