Question about Kenmore HE2 Plus Front Load Washer
Washer approx. 15 months old. Started buzzing, gave an F35 error. Only way to reset is unplug. When restarted get a SUD error. Have to run through a rinse & drain cycle.
This typically indicates slow drain condition. It's not only if the water drained, but how quickly it drained. Check for any clogs or kinks in the drain line. Also check that the pump is not clogged and that no pump impeller blades are missing/broken and that the impeller moves freely. Any broken/missing blades or if the impeller won't turn freely will indicate a faulty pump. Hard objects can sometimes make it to the pump and cause damage. Hope this helped and best wishes.
