SOURCE: Phone won't vibrate
Mine did the same thing today. I found on another site a suggestion to remove the battery for a few minutes (about 5 is what I did) then replace it. Mine started to work again.

Make sure you go in settings and somewhere either under Profiles or Settings you should be able to make it vibrate. Or if there is a volume rocker on the side of the phone(usually two buttons with arrows, one pointing up and one pointing down) just use those and set it to vibrate. Hope I Helped!
