frigidaire Dish Washer. no water is coming into it. Shut off valve under sink is open,float switch isnt stuck. should I shut water off and remove inlet valve?

Verify that water is getting to the valve and verify that 110 volts is getting to the valve. If either one is missing then you know what the problem is. If you have both then replace the valve.
