Question about Miele W487 Front Load Washer
HI. this is a control fault that is causing this unfortunate interruption. It is possible to restore the normal program by unplugging, or shutting off the appropriate breaker switch for 5 minutes. this is called a (Hard Reset). This procedure will drain all power from the control sector, in return, resetting the chip set. Once the 5 minutes are up, simply restore power to the affected unit, and try to run a cycle once more.
If this reset procedure dose not procedure positive results, thsi will confirm that the control sector(control board/Timer module), is damaged, and it must be replaced.
