Question about Computers & Internet
I've got the exact same problem with my I-Inc monitor. My understanding is that it needs firmware upgrade. I could program the EEPROM if I had the file from a good one. I have seen offers for chips, but no details on how to get the chip or the file to program my own. I hope that someone who has fixed this problem will respond.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

find a electronic repair shop and ask them look up the ic number. if they they can read the program of of the old chip, they can put it on a new eeprom. somtimes the chip wont work but can still be read..
also have tried to find the board it self on a lcd parts web site? http://www.lcdparts.net/
also you may want to see if ebay may have a scratched up monitor of your or one they has a power supply problem.
