Hi,
I have had the same problem for months and it drove me mad!
Today I found the solution!
It is true that the printer jams all the time because of its incapability to get a grip on the paper.
If you look over the paper tray inside the machine and you start printing, just before it jams you will see some sort of rotating device, trying to pick up the paper for transportation. This little piece seems to be the problem, because you will see that it is unable to lift the paper.
The problem is, that the surface of this part isn't rough enough.
It used to be, when you just bought it, but over a certain time it got too smooth.
Here is what I did;
I took out the paper tray, so that the rotating device was clear to work on.
With a little sharp knife I started to scrape and make little cuts on the surface too make it rough again. And guess what, it worked!
I have just printed thirty pages without problems, Yes!!!!!!
I guess that the problem will return when the surface of that rotating device gets too smooth again, but now you know what to do.
The worst thing is that in the end it feels even very logic.
Why didn't I think of this much sooner?
Anyway I hope this will work for you as well, any many others....

good luck!
R.

The simplest and quickest way to resolve this is to use a clean cloth with some alcohol and rub the take up roller. This helps to remove any paper dust, etc that may be clogging the pores of the take up roller. You can also purchase some cleaner specifically designed for rubbers in printers. It's alot more expensive though. I have been using plain alcohol for years and have yet to have this fail.
