Question about Samsung SPH-M500 Cellular Phone
Try doing a master reset on the phone. If it doens't work. have it checked/ repaired if necessary. Or might as well purchase a new phone if you find out phone needed to be repaired, since after repair even though phone will work. possibility is phone might act the same way eventually if it's already been damaged.
