RROD or E74 is cuased from overheating, or when your heatsink 'moves' and is unable to conduct heat properly, so you would buy ARTIC silver 5 open up your 360 and if possible ground yourself, take out the 360 PCB(motherboard) undo the Xclamps and wipe it all off all the thermal paste you see(including the heatsinks) and on the GPU then apply the Artic silver 5(use your fingers but gently), on the gpu and Processor, reinstall the heatsinks, and then run it for 10-15 minutes turn it off, then Vawalllaa! good 360 ^_^

HI, this is a AV cable fault. it is unable to be detected. follow the procedures below to correct this issue. of the procedure dose not produce results, this will confirm that the damage is severe, and you will need to contact Microsoft for a repair ticket.

Check Points

1. Make sure that the AV cable is correctly connected to the Xbox 360 console.
2. Disconnect the AV cable from the Xbox 360 console, and then reconnect the AV cable to the Xbox 360 console.
3. If the four flashing red lights continue to flash, try wiping the metal area of the AV pack with a dry cloth. The metal area is the end that plugs into the console. Wipe the metal area thoroughly, and then try the AV Pack again.
4. If the AV cable is correctly connected but the four red lights are still flashing, substitute a different AV cable if you have one available.
