My Deni electric pressure cooker is showing E4? Cannot cook?

An E4 Error for your Deni means that there is a signal switch error. Turn off the pressure cooker, un-plug, and wait for it to cool. Then, try again. If it continues to give you the E4 error I would recommend contacting the manufacturer - but, unfortunately, Deni has gone out of out business.

Here is the manual for your pressure coker, if you don't already have it:

I just received my pressure cooker and it keeps giving me an error message E4. why?

Generally, the E4 error code means that the sensor in the pc is faulty and needs to be replaced. Contact the place where you bought it immediately (if it's still under warranty) or contact the manufacturer to ask for a replacement.

Good Luck!

Sometimes things like that are caused by the mode switch which will either need to be cleaned or replaced. It's worth looking inside for damage inside the unit. Pay close attention to plastic parts.

F3 - E4 Oven temperature sensor (RTD) opened (lower oven, if double oven). You will have to replace this failed sensor to restore normal operations. If your oven is a double version, it will be located in the lower part. If its a single range, it will be located in the oven compartment. The Oven Temperature Sensor has failed.
