Synch Settings (by 4 users)

I plug in my Mp3 Player and everything seems to be working fine until a box pops up that says "It is not possible to change sync settings at this time. Try again later." This has been happening for a few weeks now and everytime I try again the same thing happens. My Mp3 Player has worked before but how can I fix this reoccuring problem?
