Hi I have a Whirlpool dishwasher Model #DU912PFG01 Or DU912PF001 or DU912PFGG1 cannot tell the last 3. Serial # FK194309. My son noticed the dishes didn't look clean, he added DISHSOAP which then produce a huge amount of suds. Anyway hav run the cycle thru with vinegar and it doesn't seem like water is moving throughout the diswasher, just on the bottom. DO you have any ideas, it runs thru all the cycles.

Slog builds up in the drain pipe right before the garbage disposer. I had to replace mine when I replaced my old dishwasher. If you put vinegar in the dishwasher to unplug the pipe, the vinegar could have loosen all the slog and clog the drain pipe just like a built up in the hurt artery.

The dryer for the dishes on the whirpool doesn't come on

My God? If you had it installed yesterday.....1) read the manual. 2) try again and 3) Call store you bought it from and/or Whirlpool for warranty Service Call.
Why if you bought something new would you post here for a obvious operation or Warranty performance issue?

Hello, our Whirlpool dishwasher is about 3 years old. It is not cleaning the dishes; I don't think the arms are turning because the door is always dirty, so no water is getting that far. Also, the cycle...

Hi

If you are noticing that the dishes are not clean, then there are a few things to check for. Check the soap powder if it's kept in a dry environment. Also try replacing the powder with something like a gel or liquid. Next thing to check for is the water pressure and fill valve. Check if the water is filling in and the spray arms are throwing the water with enough pressure. Try and listen to the sound if you hear a proper spraying action sound.

If it seems as a low water pressure then check the fill valve. Now, check if dishwasher is draining the water or not. While the dishwasher is working check whether the dishwasher is draining and there is not much left out water after the cycle is complete. Try cleaning the spray arm with a soft brush. The water temperature plays a major role in cleaning of dishes. The temp should be between 125 and 150 F for dishwasher to clean the dishes. Hope this helps...

Rinse aid is no longer being used up in my Whirlpool ADP5966. The level shows it as full despite about 10 washes since I last filled it. Dishes are noticably not washing as well as before.

You need a new water inlet valve. You are probably only getting half as much water as it takes to clean and properly rinse your dishes. Call or email us and we'll be sure to get the right part out to you right away.
