Question about Acer Aspire One AOD150-1920 Netbook
Start button > Run > (search if you have Vista) type in the box "CMD", hit enter...this brings up the DOS command page. type after the flashing curser..."ipconfig /release"
make sure you put a space between the forward slash and the word ipconfig.
now type in "ipconfig /renew"
Now type "ipconfig" hit enter and look at the ip address, the subnet mask and the gateway numbers...
They should look something like this:
The asterisks are standing in for the last two digits of the ip address for your computer.
If these are in the correct sequence, then connection is possible. If you can't connect after that, try contacting your isp server.
