Since you have reinstalled/ rolled back the drivers, and can see networks, but cannot login, my advice to you is to remove and reinsert your network card.

If still a problem, your network card is probably faulty and needs to be replaced

Hope this helps..

It will not make any difference.
Download the wireless driver in any Computer, transfer it to the Computer which is having wireless issue and install the wireless driver in the Computer.

Then click on Network icon in the System Tray (near data and time), select the wireless network and click on connect to connect the Computer to the wireless network (enter the wireless passkey/password if the wireless network is security enable wireless network).

Good Luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My note book keeps saying ' there is a problem with the websites security certificate'. How do I fix this?

Side question, just to make sure you are secured with wifi /LAN. Shouldn't impact really your problem. But just in case: Is your wifi secured? Should be with at leas WEP or better (and standard meanwhile )WAP2.
If yes, make sure you are r e a l l y / only with Google in the URL bar.
Skip or accept certificate, if your OS allows for that option.
Looks like it does and hence you have a "false positive" error detection.
Don't know if that helps.
Please feed-back.

I have a NetGear router set up as a primary router connected to the modem but it was giving me problems with WiFi. I bought Bellkin f7d4302 to use for reliable WiFi connection and also to connect my main...

I got your issue, I hope you are trying to connect the 2nd router to the first router through LAN-LAN connection (i.e, LAN port of the first router is connected to the LAN port of the 2nd router)

Then you need to change the ipaddress of the 2nd Play Wireless router . Please follow these steps.

1. Connect the computer-router with ethernet cable and open up internet explorer and clear the address box and type in and hit enter.

2. You will be logged into the Belkin router setup page, in the Left hand side under LAN setup click on LAN settings

3. It will ask for Login password, leave it blank and click on submit

4. Change the LAN ipaddress from to and click ok

5. The page will say cannot be displayed, then clear the address box and type in and hit enter

6. If your first router is connected to the internet , then automatically the internet status will says connected

7. You will be able to go online wired

Good Luck!
Thanks in Advance!

No wireless network in range. My wireless network is set to automatic but I am getting the message above when I search for wireless networks. I know there are at least three here.

If you are so sure of three wireless networks in range then it could be the HW problem in the laptop. Is the green light indicating WiFi lighting on? May be your WiFi switch is non functional. So switch on the WiFi and then look for LAN. Login and not searching a LAN are two different problems. If you cant search the wire less LAN then how can you log into any. So it has to be HW problem as you cant locate any although there are three available. So start at the WiFI switch.
