Hi! Regarding this matter. The dell photo AIO 962 may not be compatible with windows 7 thats why it gives you the error message. You downloaded the driver using vista32 but you have a windows 7 on you machine, its not gonna work. It may work on the toshiba if you gonna downgrade from windows 7 to vista, but if you dont want that option you can wait for sometime to have an AIO 962 update for windows 7 for it to work. all the printer are compatible with any MAC vrsion

I have a samsung notebook without a place to insert a disc and need to print files from my e-mail using a dell aio 962 printer how do I do this without using the software disc that came with the printer

Dell does not have a downloadable version for Mac. I looked around for you in their support section and there is no MAC suppost for any of their printers. You might have to get another printer. You could try and call Dell at 800-285-1653 .Good luck

reinstall the printer and fax cd that came with your computer

reconfigure the address in your network settings. or re install the printer and your operating system should find it automatically

very few dell printers are compatible with Mac. i dont think so this one is. you may want to check with dell support.
