Problem in making a call

HTC Touch Diamond you need to provide IMEI number (15 digits unique number). It can be found by dialing *#06# as a phone number, as well as by checking in the phone settings of your device.This service can unlock all HTC models, it does not matter if the network comes from Europe, USA or any other place (excluding list of unsupported networks), it can be unlocked on our website.
Please make sure that your HTC Touch Diamond asks for an unlock code, when you insert a simcard from a different network.
You can use any of the provides services, old, new, newest database it doesn't matter.

On 6.5 it is not called as Touch Flo but it is HTC Sense. So you have to disable HTC Sense.

Tap Start >> Settings >> Phone, go to Services tab, select Voicemail and Text Messages and tap Get Settings. You may change the service center number from here. In case you do not know the correct number, call up your SIM provider and get the number from them.

from a power off device.

press and hold the center joystick button, and the volume down buttons.

dont leave those two!

and now power on the device. wait for a gray screen asking you to make a clean boot. press the volUP or volDOWN button and after about 5 minutes your device will make an hard reset (clean boot) and will restore it to factory settings.

I have a touch diamond...

Go to the text message thread like you are going to reply, and scroll your finger clockwise along the edge of the round middle button. Your text should increase in size. Scroll counterclockwise to make the text smaller. Hope this helps!

click on settings and then click on clear data .enter your default pin number 1234 the mobile will restored to factoy settings........try this ya...................................

TouchFlo is an application that needs to run on top of Windows. It is quite well hidden in the menus....

To start with, I assume you get the normal Windows Mobile 'Today' screen? If not, you have bigger problems!

If so, hit "Start" --> Settings
Then on the 'Personal' tab, go to 'Today'
Then look at the 'Items' tab and make sure that TouchFLO 3D is the only checked item.
Hit 'OK' top right, then 'X' top right and you should get back to find it activated.

@deepak - TouchFLO 3D is standard on the HTC Diamond. If you have TouchFLO then I guess you have a HTC Touch (different phone).
