Hi, Follow the steps below to open ports on the router for XBOX:

1. Open a browser (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox or Safari) on your computer connected to the router.
2. Access the router, usually with http://192.168.1.1 or http://www.routerlogin.com.
3. Login to the router (Username = admin and Password = Password unless you have changed it).
4. Click on Port Forwarding under Advanced.
5. Click on 'Add Custom Service' button.
6. Specify any name for the service (XBOX1).
7. Specify the Start and the End Port as 88.
8. In the server IP Address specify the ip address of the X-box.
9. Click on 'Add' button.
10. Follow the same steps to open the port 3074 and 53 and use the name as XBOX2 and XBOX3. Click Apply.

Hi, i cant connect to my wireless internet connection on my xbox 360 super slim, i have xbox live gold though, how can i connect? it gives the same warning over and over again. I'm sure i have the right...

Depending on your router, it may or may not have a MAC Filter, which will prevent you from connecting your Xbox to the internet even though the Network Password is correct. If you have access to your router, add your Xbox MAC ID to your router's MAC Filter and then restart your router.

I cant sign in to xbox live even though when I test connection it says the console is connected to xbox live

It might be a problem with your router, if you turn it off for 30 seconds like it suggests, then it should work. If not you might want to try to recover your account. This happened to me the other day, I waited 30 minutes and tried again and it solved itself.

Wont let me connect to xbox live

Check your firewall on your router. The Xbox Live service uses UDP ports 88 and 3074 as well as TCP port 3074 for its IP networking.

Belkin + xbox live problems

It's not the MTU problem any more. Its the router's firewall. To resolve it, you two steps to try. First, try to do port forwarding, you must forward the port for XBOX Live to the router's admin page. I believe the ports are 3074 TCP and UDP, 53 TCP and UDP, 88 TCP and UDP. If that doesn't work, try to just disable the router's firewall itself. One of these steps will surely fix your problem
