These are the card formats supported by the card reader, if you have one. I can't check for certain that your laptop has any card reader installed without the service tag #. You could go to Dell and check the original specs, or look in your Device Manager Disk Drives for the card reader. It should also show up as a lettered drive in My Computer.
Here's a photo of what it would look like (with a card inserted.)
On the other hand, you can purchase another cable or cradle for your camera from here, but I think it's just a standard usb cable that could be found locally.
