Does the rechargable batter go bad? I have a Samsun NV24HD. It works fine for a few minutes but then the screen turns into green lines, or everything is distorted. It can not be turned off, or if it does turn off the lens does not retract. I take the battery out and put it back in and then it works for a while. Last night when trying to upload photos to my computer it locked up in the middle of downloading. Then I got an error message on my computer that new hardware could not be found. The camera is less than year old.

Yes, rechargeable batteries can go bad. You should try using a separate card reader to download your pictures...solves a lot of problems. Try cleaning the battery contacts in the camera with a cotton swab lightly dampened with rubbing alcohol.

2010 G37 - battery was dead - jumped it off and drove it for twenty minutes. Next morning it wouldn't start and now it wont stop clicking (like a relay). Any suggestions?

if the battery goes dead or low it must be recharged with a charger, driving the car will not recharge it properly. The alternator is only meant to maintain the battery, not recharge it. Get the battery recharged and verified and then try again.

Car will start but wont restart after running several minutes.

Is your battery any good? A bad battery will not charge or charge properly and be at the root cause of your issue.

Fujifilm battery fully charged but camera says no charge or very little. Just bought a new Duracell Battery and Charger for my Fuji FinePix J10 Camera. Used the charge on the battery in the camera from...

Well you mentioned that it worked fine yesterday with the battery out of the box. That should tell you that the camera and the battery are both fine. The issue is likely the charger itself. Try recharging it again, and double check that you inserted the batteries correctly, and that any switches (such as for 2 or 4 battery charge) are set in the correct position on the charger. If this doesn't work, take the charger back to the store for exchange/refund as defective.

When air con swiched on heat after a few minutes it closes and the figures e4 and 58 come on. product is aqv12v

E4 meaning high discharge temperature or pressure. Not able to find 58 but I know it also is a refrigerant issue dealing with pressure. Have a tech come in nd do the following:

Normally in cases like this your best option is to reclaim the system, pull a deep vacuum on it and then recharge it with fresh refrigerant by weight as per the manufacturer's recommendations.

Uniden cordless handsets don't hold charge

Have you tried replacing the batterys with new rechargables? if not open up the back and replace old batterys with new ones, just see if it works with a normal non rechargable batterys if it does buy some new rechargable, other than that your base i.e. charger may be faulty most likely it is the batterys.

Just "turned off"....

Was it charging over the weekend? If not, try to recharge the device again... Those devices would on occasion drain the batter overnight -- didn't happen all the time and was apparently caused by unusual software/applications combinations... The battery could be going bad again as well.
