Why every time i change payment to credit card it always goes back to taking it out of my bank account???

Try setting up a new account and just put in you credit card you want to pay with....Delete your old one...

The info provided in PayPal (Help) to remove a credit card info from your account, is as follows:
Here's how to remove a credit card:
  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click Profile near the top of the page.
  3. Click My money.
  4. Click Update beside Debit and credit cards.
  5. Select the credit card to remove and click Remove.

A few things to keep in mind:

  • You cannot remove a card if you have a pending transaction or if your card was the backup payment method for a recent instant bank payment. Wait a few days and try again.
  • You may not be able to remove your card if you have a negative balance in your PayPal account. In this situation, you must bring your balance to zero or higher to remove your card.
  • If you remove your only card and have a confirmed bank account, you'll no longer be able to make instant bank payments. Instead they'll be sent as eChecks, which take 3 to 4 working days to process.

I was on a 3 day trial on a site and then they took a monthly payment off my credit card and I cancelled my account on that site and I would like that money put back on my credit card because I never


contact your bank immediately they will be able to get your money back if you did not authorize them to take money from your account

I want to transfer money to my doughters credit card, what do i have do


There are a number of things you can do:
[1] find out from HER how she normally makes payments on the credit card. (get her username/password if she does it electronically) then make the payment through one of your own accounts. she may have to verify your card on her account unless you've made a payment from this card before

[2] wire the money to her from western union (expensive) OR wire the money from your bank (not as expensive)...this is time consuming though cus you have to actually go up to your bank or whereever you do this to actually get it done

[3] transfer money from your bank/credit account to her bank account, then tell her to pay it with the money you've transferred.

[4] call the credit card company and make a payment over the phone. (this will probably be the surest and quickest way,,,depending on her credit card's customer service)

i've probly left some options out, but if i think of any i'll let you know

How do I get my money back because I have not received the goods


Hello,

You can only cancel your transaction if the recipient has not claimed the money. To request a refund, you'll need to contact the recipient of the payment.

To cancel the payment from your bank:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click the My Account tab.
3. Click Unclaimed next to the transaction.
4. Click Cancel Payment.

The payment will be returned to your PayPal account, not your bank account. From there, you can withdraw the money from your PayPal account to your bank account.

To cancel your credit card payment:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click the My Account tab.
3. Click Unclaimed next to the transaction.
4. Click Cancel Payment.

Your payment will be returned to your credit card. This can take up to 30 days.

I'm from the Philippines and I always want to buy online but the problem is i don't have a Credit Card and Debit Card. The only thing that i have is Bank Account. So i can use PayPal? How?


Hi there,
Paypal uses funds that are added to your Paypal account or withdrawn from your bank account/credit card/debit card.
If the only thing you have is a Filipino bank account (BDO, RCBC etc ) you can withdraw funds from the bank account to your Paypal account.
To do so, you must first add your bank account to your Paypal account by going to Paypal, where it says My Account > Profile > Add or Edit Bank Account.
Here you enter your banking details as required, Paypal will make sure that it is your account by depositing a small amount of money to your account (takes 3-5 days) and then asking you to verify that amount before the bank account is confirmed and linked to your Paypal account.
After you've linked your bank account to your Paypal account you can then withdraw funds to it by going to My Profile > Add Funds. This process also takes 3-5 days to complete.
The funds withdrawn to your Paypal account from your bank account will now allow you to make instant payments with funds direct from your Paypal account.
Alternatively if you make a payment for anything you buy online and wish to pay with your Paypal account and don't have any funds, Paypal will deduct the funds from your linked bank account. The process usually takes 3-5 days to complete.

I want my charges to credit card not my bank account. Why doesn't it go to my paypal credit card? I just made a charge to petcare it said it wasn't a charge .


When making payments, It will give the option to select funding source However some places will only allow you to pay by e-cheque and some instant payment only
Selecting funding source when making payment you can select to make payment from credit card attached to paypal, Bank Or paypal credit card if applied and approved.
