Innovage digital photo album or keychain,

Ok I shut down the firewalls and virus protection , and my aol, got screwed up . we couldn't get back on until we reloaded aol to the comp. every time we try to use the little disc that came with this unit or try to download photags, we mess up the computer and have to reload , so there is either a virus in the download we are trying to use or we are picking up one by having the protection turned off, I give up. this is too much stress to me to figure out and my husband freaking out cause I messed the computer up .. I hate buying new stuff , is there a program I can buy to use with this Innovage album where I do not have to worry about all this comfusing stuff? I hate this.

What do you mean "will not load to my pc", need more info.
