Are you getting soung otherwise. Yes I suppose otherwise you would have mentioned in your complaint. It could be tha your firmware dealing with alarm has got corrupted and needs reinstallation. Do that. Before that backup your data, both from the phone memory and the memory card to youe PC and remove the card from the phone. Or better still get the firmware reinstalled from LG Service Center. That would ensure that whatever viruses it may have will also be overwritten.
