repair tech for this printer. if you follow the link below this will take you to Canons support site where you can download the software for your printer. hope this helps

The i900D cannon printer stop printing half way through a document. I threw up a 502 error then an error message "error printer head" then the power went off and I cannot get the printer to turn on
