Question about Insignia Sport MP3 Player
Once it freezes, it doesn't respond when i press buttons and won't shut off until it eventually runs out of juice. Next, I can't even get it to turn on again.
I had the same problem i fixed it myself,on the back of the player there is a tiny black dot near the top of the battery cover remove this dot to reveal a small eye glass type screw remove the screw with an eye glass repair kit or a straight razor, gently remove the battery cover be extra carefull because there is a tiny wire attached to the battery on the bottom of the wire is a little plastic prong gently pull it off the player with your fingernail and then place it back on press power and your player should be working

That's a port for a tiny SD chip that can hold a WHOLE LOT more music and files. You can get them that are at least 4 GIG but I think even more. It's wonderful! I added so many files to my Insignia with this and I had it a year before I knew what it was.
