Question about HP Pavilion TX2000Z Notebook
When i turn on my laptop, the screen does not boot up (blank screen), at first it happens just once or twice but as time goes on, it happens a lot until it cannot be booted up at all. I've sent to a repair shop for about four times right now due to the same problem and they can only fix it by replacing the boot chip if i'm not mistaken, but yet the same thing happens again( boot up to blenk screen). I thought maybe this is due to the heat problem, so how do i solve these problems?
If u mean to say that u can only see the windows cursor and nothing else, then i'll suggest u to do the following things
now select File & select new task
now type explorer.exe
u'll see the the desktop now go to sytem restore select the specified restore point..
hope its done
if u like my post then please rate me up, i really need some good ratings..
