The CPU you have is an energy efficient cpu. It will throttle back to save power. It does this on demand so it will change constantly. What you are seeing is normal.

cab heat? what year, no year, no exact answer.
so drop to generic.

1: engine must reach and old 180F, if not NO HEAT !
2 the blower must blow full speed on high , does it?
3: the water valve must be open if car has one, (look)
4: if the core and valve are not packed up then the core makes heat
5: if and only if the damper is not blocking the core shut.

just 5 steps and checks and bingo , the reasons.

I have been given a acer aspire L320 BUT THERE IS NOT A PROCESSOR IN IT. what i want to know is what processor fits.it

The Acer Aspire L320 can take 3 different processors

1. Intel Core 2 Duo

Dual Core chip with speeds from 1.8Ghz to 3.3 Ghz

2. Intel Celeron D

Dual Core chip with speeds from 1.6Ghz to 2.7Ghz

3. Intel Pentium 4

Single core chip with speeds from 1.3Ghz to 3.8Ghz

The Core 2 Duo 3.3 Ghz is the most expensive and Pentium 4 1.3 Ghz the cheapest.

Some more information is available on the Intel website, links are below:

I’ve have problems with getting sufficient heat from my 2002 Jeep Liberty - Took the 2002 Jeep to dealership - First they wanted to replace the thermostat [$200], I explained it was replaced in November...

Here's the way I usually approach problems such as this. First I'll hook up a scan tool that allows me to see the actual engine coolant temperature is [not just what the gauge says] as the vehicle is being driven down the road at highway speeds. The coolant should be near the 192 - 200 degree range to get the best heat out of the heater. If the coolant temp is below that level then the amount of heat you'll get will drop according. IF the coolant is reaching full temp but the air coming from the heater isn't very warm then you could have a restricted heater core or a temp control door in the ductwork that isn't working properly and is allowing cold air to sneak past the heater core. Usually if you have a water pump impeller problem you'll also have an overheating problem as the pump often isn't able to move enough water through the radiator to keep the engine cool. Hope this gives you a starting point and good luck!

No heat in 99 ford windstar

Check the coolant level. If it's low, what you describe will happen. There is not sufficient coolant to flow through the heater core at idle. At 60mph the water pump is spinning quickly, managing to get some coolant through the heater core, so you get heat until the rpm's drop at idle. If it is due to low level, keep an eye on it to see if it drops again, as you may have a leak.
