Hello, have you tried going to Messenger > Connection as Yahoo is trying to sign in? If so, what is it set to? The normal setting to use is No Proxies, but you can switch between Firewall with no proxies or No network detection and see if it makes any difference.

If still it not work uninstall yahoo messenger and reinstall it again.

Please post me if you still face any issue

HI, Please Follow these steps to configure your connection:

1. Click the "Messenger" menu in Yahoo! Messenger and select "Connection Preferences."
2. Enable the "Firewall with no proxies" option.
3. Select the correct Internet connection type and country from the pull-down menus.
4. Click the "OK" button at the bottom of the window.
5. Yahoo! Messenger will ask you if you want to sign in again with your new proxy settings. Click the "OK" button.
6. Enter your Yahoo! ID and password and click the "Sign In" button.

The above configuration works in most situations. (However, if you connect in this way, you won't be able to use the Voice feature.) If this configuration doesn't work, follow these steps:

1. Click the "Messenger" menu in Yahoo! Messenger and select "Connection Preferences."
2. Enable the "No network detection" option and then click the "OK" button at the bottom of the window.
3. Yahoo! Messenger will ask you if you want to sign in again with your new proxy settings. Click the "OK" button.
4. Enter your Yahoo! ID and password and click the "Sign In" button.

If neither of the above options work, you're probably behind a firewall or proxy server that requires you to enter its address. Follow these steps:

1. Click the "Messenger" menu in Yahoo! Messenger and select "Connection Preferences."
2. Enable the "Use proxies" option.
3. Enter your firewall or proxy server's address and port number. Contact your network administrator (if you're at work), or your Internet service provider (if you're at home) to determine the correct firewall and proxy settings.
4. Click the "OK" button at the bottom of the window.
5. Yahoo! Messenger will ask you if you want to sign in with your new proxy settings. Click the "OK" button.
6. Enter your Yahoo! ID and password and click the "Sign In" button.

If you try all of the steps above and Yahoo! Messenger still can't connect, contact your network administrator, Internet Service Provider (ISP), or the person who initially set up your computer to ensure that your firewall and/or proxy settings are correct.

Login error 81003004fo yahoo

You might have some options to fix it: firstly; this error occurs when your connection preferences are not properly set. I'm not talking about your Yahoo! ID and Password here, but you may need to adjust certain features depending on what network you're on. Maybe, i think you should check your firewall settings. If you use Personal Firewall, make sure it allows your connection to receiving incoming connections and allows you to use yahoo messenger, check it out, may be it blocked your yahoo messenger. if a firewall protects your network, it may block yahoo messenger when it tries to connect to the server. You need to change your connection settings, click the Messenger menu in yahoo messenger and select Connection Preferences. Select Firewall With No Proxies. Select your Internet Connection type from the pull-down menu at the bottom and enter your Home Country if the adoptions aren’t grayed out. Click OK and login again using the new settings. If this option doesn’t work, click Connection Preferences in Yahoo! Messenger again and select No Network Detection. Try to login again using the new settings. In some instances, you may need to provide yahoo messenger with the IP address of your firewall or proxy server (you can get this information from your network administrator or from your Internet service provider). Click Messenger and select Connection Preferences again. Select Use Proxies. Enable either the HTTP Proxy or the SOCKS Proxy as needed and provide the proper address. Click OK and login again using the new settings.Or other way, open your Internet Explorer>Go to File>Then, 'uncheck Work Offline', make sure your Internet connection is not working offline. Then, close Internet Explorer, try to sign in your yahoo messenger.thirdly, if you are using IM9 there are sign in problems. This is what yahoo has to say. Try an updated version of Yahoo! Messenger 9.0(9.0.0.2128). This latest build includes a fix for the sign-in issues that have been affecting some users. If you were seeing an error code“81003004” when trying to sign in, this latest version may fix that problem. Even if you were experiencing a different kind of sign-in issue, I recommend installing this latest version. Hope it was helpful and it works to solve your problems.. Please kindly support me.. Thank You!

I can't signing into yahoo messenger

It may be the server is down, it's been happening a lot lately or your Yahoo! Messenger connection information may be incorrect. Yahoo! will fix it soon. To configure your connection, what you should do? Click the "Messenger" menu in Yahoo! Messenger and select "Connection Preferences." Enable the "Firewall with no proxies" option. Select the correct Internet connection type and country from the pull-down menus. Click the "OK" button at the bottom of the window. Yahoo! Messenger will ask you if you want to sign in again with your new proxy settings. Click the "OK" button. Enter your Yahoo! ID and password and click the "Sign In" button. The above configuration works in most situations. (However, if you connect in this way, you won't be able to use the Voice feature.) If this configuration doesn't work, follow these steps: Click the "Messenger" menu in Yahoo! Messenger and select "Connection Preferences." Enable the "No network detection" option and then click the "OK" button at the bottom of the window. Yahoo! Messenger will ask you if you want to sign in again with your new proxy settings. Click the "OK" button. Enter your Yahoo! ID and password and click the "Sign In" button. If neither of the above options work, you're probably behind a firewall or proxy server that requires you to enter its address. Follow these steps: Click the "Messenger" menu in Yahoo! Messenger and select "Connection Preferences." Enable the "Use proxies" option. Enter your firewall or proxy server's address and port number. Contact your network administrator (if you're at work), or your Internet service provider (if you're at home) to determine the correct firewall and proxy settings. Click the "OK" button at the bottom of the window. Yahoo! Messenger will ask you if you want to sign in with your new proxy settings. Click the "OK" button. Hope it was helpful!
