Question about RIM BlackBerry Pearl 8100
Goto options and click on the status selection. Make sure you have free memory. If it is 0, your phone logs are being deleted (you emails are probably being deleted as well). Cycle the power on the phone to clear up any memory leaks. After that make sure all your photos, songs, etc. are being saved on a microsd card, rather than your phone memory (you only have 64megs on your phone).
Once you free up memory you should be good to go.

its in your message options.... go to email.. or txt message.... go to Options...... General options... and scroll down to Actions... it will say keep messages.... it should say 2 months for you move it to forever.. so that it will only delete when you delete it
