Question about Intel D101GGC Motherboard
Your problem is almost similar to mine but mine have an explorer.exe consumed my cpu a 100% usage that end up hanging. What I did is changed my explorer.exe to xplorer2.You can download a freeware for this at this link http://www.zabkat.com/x2lite.htm but the Pro version works best.Just be sure that it is your default file manager to avoid hanging up again.Hope this will help you.

Check which process is utilizing maximum usage. for that to locate go to task manager, in that see process tab and locate the process which is utilizing the max usage. Right click the process which utilize maximum processor usage and end it.
