Hi there,
Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.

Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.

I am having a hard time building the baby bassinett can you help me?maybe give me better directions

i know from expierence that it is best to have plenty of sleep before putting togther cribs and bassinets or anything else that you may have for a baby that requires assembly. plus an extra hand is a good idea. I have been a carpenter for 14 years and when I put together the crib for our first baby I thaught I was going to throw it away. If you require further assistance you need to elaborate your question more explain where your at in the process and what specificly is the problem. Good luck

For others with this problem, Stokke's site provides a contact-us tab where I was able to request hardware replacements and explain the issues we had responding to the recall (problematic website).

Putting a child craft crib together

Id need to know what model you had to put it together...

If you do know the model number just go to this link
and type the model number in under "crib assembly instructions"

If you dont know the model number you might want to just browse the products and select one that looks similar to what you have and download those instructions.

Hope this helps...

Rocking mechanism doesn't work and can't find replacement parts. There were no instructions included with bassinet.

I have the same problem, the only "function" switches I can locate is the "on/off" switch & volume control for our "rocking Bassinet." Also - no instructions
