Question about Elna Heirloom Edition 6005
That usually indicates a motor issue of some sort. Try turning the unit off, unplugging it completely from the wall for 2 minutes, then replugging. Turn it back on, does it do the exact same thing? If so you definitely have some kind of motor / internal hardware issue. If you still have the problem, it can definitely be fixed, but it's going to need someone to work on it.
