Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
I got it. The projector can't get the image to be fully processed. Thus the icon with the image gets stuck and freezes. You can check using another projector.

You can try to fiddle with the Screen settings on your Windows XP machine.
You can do this by pressing right-click on your Desktop and then click Properties. Click on the Settings tab. You should see window 1 and 2 there. It could be that the monitor is currently extended into the secondary screen which is the LCD projector. To disable this, click window labeled 2 and then uncheck "Extend my Windows Desktop onto this Monitor". Apply settings and then test. Press CTRL+F5 or F8.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
