hi dear.. please help me.. i forgot my NOKIA E63 restore factory settings lock code. please send the how to reset my lock code to [email protected]

You cannot use a Sprint phone with at&t service even if you get it unlocked, Sprint phones do not use SIM CARD and AT&T uses sim cards for their service.

to reprogram it you need to call customer service and they will have your enter your lock code and the info there is no way to pull the infomation from the device without the help of customer service

this device should be able to be reflashed if you have insurence they will do at no charge

You should either go to the dealer to get one. Or you could do a google search for one. Another option you should go on ebay.

Do a hard Reset. You will need a lock code. Call sprint customer serivice at 888-211-4727 and they will be able to provide the code and steps

As long as you know your security code you can retreive your lock code. On the Lotus dial ##3282# scroll down to Advanced, choose View, then scroll down to option 5 which should be the Lock Code and select it. You will need to enter your security code here which typically is 6 zeros.

sometimes when phones are unlocked to be used on other carries portions of them will not work due to them not being compatible with the new service
